The School of Communication Arts, the world’s most awarded ad school, came to us in May 2021 as they were seeing a decline in application volume and were struggling to recruit students against a backdrop of Brexit, lockdown & broad sector decline. 

As a social enterprise, they exist to create more authentic diversity in the advertising industry, offering scholarship placements through paid students. 

Bright/Shift put together a multi-faceted plan to overhaul content, website, VI, the funnel, the tech stack, analytics capability and recruitment tactics that has brought the school their largest cohorts yet!
